Please see the following email from Mr. Thorne in regards to our Christmas Concert this evening:

Dear Parents,

We would like to invite you to our annual Christmas/Holiday concert:

Grades 1-6 (Thursday, December 14th) at 6:00 pm
Doors open at 5:30 pm

Important information:
  • Doors will open at the time indicated above. No entry prior to that.
  • Students should proceed to their classrooms no later than 15 minutes before the start of the concert.
  • Please remove outdoor footwear or put on boot covers.  We encourage parents and guests to bring indoor footwear to wear.
  • Please don't park in the Fire Lane. If you must use it to drop off someone due to mobility issues, please do so, but don't leave your vehicle unattended or parked (Fire Lane is the lane closest to the school and is clearly marked).
  • Extra parking available at St. Martha's School.  Thanks to our neighbours.
  • No charge for admission, but we would encourage you to bring an item for the foodbank instead.
  • Tickets will be sold for "Best Seat in the House." Proceeds will go to the Centre of Hope.
  • The Fundraising Association have approximately 50 tickets left for their Basket Raffle. These will be available for sale.
  • Because our concerts are relatively short this year, we encourage all parents and guests to please stay for the full concert.  People leaving during the performances are distracting to the audience and particularly the students, who have worked so hard to pull off this concert.  If you absolutely must leave, PLEASE ensure you leave between performances.
  • Most importantly - have lots of fun, get into the spirit of the season and cheer loudly for our children after their performances.  They have worked very hard to do this for YOU.

Science:
- Toilet paper rolls
- Wrapping/Scrapbook Paper

Other:
- Tech & Trades: Done until January
- Choir: Done until January
- Guitar Club: Done until January
- Art Club: Done until January
- CG Recyclers: Day 2, Lunch/Recess
- Chess Club: Day 3, Lunch Recess
- Hot Lunches, order at christinagordon.hotlunches.net 
​- Winter Concert, December 14th
- Fri-yay Popcorn, Friday (bring $2)
