Don't forget about our Swap & Shop this week. Students are encouraged to bring in items from home that they no longer want or need. Students can then "swap" their items with other students in the class. This a great event that encourages students to think about reducing the amount of waste we produce and about how items can be reused. Any unclaimed items will be donated to the Centre of Hope or a similar organization (depending on the item and needs of the organizations). Students who cannot bring in any items to trade are welcome to bring a $2 donation to the Centre of Hope to participate. This event will also help to earn our school points in the RMWB's Amazing Waste Race. Swap & Shop will be on Thursday, May 17th (not May 18th as previously shared).
