Don't forget to pack the following items for our field trip tomorrow:
  • backpack
  • healthy snack
  • water bottle (drinking water is not available on site)
  • any ana-kits, inhalers, or other medications (as required)
  • sturdy footwear (no sandals; we also do not recommend rubber boots as they can damage the wetlands edge and are difficult to walk in)
  • extra socks (we will likely get wet)
  • sweaters or jackets (the weather can change throughout the day; even if it is a sunny morning, please come prepared!).

If the weather is cool, we will still be attending. Students should bring:
  • rain gear (ex. waterproof jackets, pants, garbage bags, etc.)
  • an extra sweater or jacket
  • even hats and mittens (they are small, easy to pack, and would be helpful on a cold day)

For warmer weather, it might be a good idea to bring:
  • hats
  • sunscreen
