Today was: Day 4
Tomorrow is: Day 5

Parents, please check your email for the following email. If you haven't been receiving emails from me check your spam/junk folder first and then let me know so that I can verify that I have the correct contact information to reach you:

Good afternoon,

A few updates on events and activities taking place at school. First, students have been working hard and have earned a class reward. This Thursday we will be making smoothies in our classroom. We are looking for the following supplies/ingredients:

- Bananas (at least 8)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Pineapple
- Other assorted fruit
- Frozen Fruit (assortment)
- Blenders (at least 4)
- Plastic Cups (at least 25)
- Spatulas (at least 4)

If you are able to provide one of the supplies or ingredients listed above, just email me or send a note in the student agenda and I will update the Google document emailed home on your behalf. As always, parents are in no way obligated to send items or supplies for classroom celebrations. I will provide the necessary supplies/ingredients needed for all students to participate regardless. Any items that parents are able to send pre-sliced or cut; we would greatly appreciate it.

Second, below is a "Quick Reference Info for Parents" sheet that has a lot of important information for parents. These are the questions we are asked most often, and are most important as we ensure that your child's safety and well being remains our number one priority. We would recommend placing this on your fridge or in some conspicuous space so that you can easily refer to it when needed.

Third, our annual Benefit Concert in support of the CG Breakfast Program will take place on Thursday, November 2nd beginning at 6:00 pm. The concert will feature student and community performers singing, dancing, and playing instruments. Entry is by monetary donation to the CG Breakfast Program. Please share this information with your family and friends. This event is open to our entire community.

Finally, just a reminder for parents interested in being involved in the Christina Gordon School Fundraising Association that their next meeting is October 11th at 6:00 pm, and that hot lunch ordering for November is only open until October 15th (Sunday). Thank you everyone, as always, let me know if there are questions or concerns in regards to any of the above,
